Plated/Buffet
For plated events our clients enjoy being directly served tableside by experienced servers without having to wait in line or leave their seat.
Buffet events allow guests to serve themselves at a casual pace or be served by staff from a variety of dishes set out on a decorated buffet table or sideboard. Our food is cooked on site and always prepared fresh.
Action Stations
Action stations are an interactive way to showcase the fresh and flavorful entree items prepared directly in front of guests. Enjoy as the Chef hand-cuts tenderly cooked meat options or tosses decadent pasta entrees and plates the entrees for each of your guests.
Servers/ Bartenders
Our experienced servers and bartenders demonstrate professionalism and efficiency in hospitality and service. We strive at meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients to ensure each event is one to be cherished.
Food Truck
Broken Dish owns and operates a fully equipped food truck allowing added quality and freshness to our catering items as food is cooked on site and never transferred in hot boxes. Clients also have the option to have the truck parked at events for guests to enjoy for snacks, photos, and more.
Corporate Breakfast/Lunch
Treat your staff to a delicious breakfast or lunch with several menu items such as muffins and Danish trays to waffle and omelet stations.
Culinary Experience
Have a night in with friends and family while learning to cook some of our most popular dishes from one of our trained Chefs with this hands-on culinary experience, Included with the experience are wine pairing recommendations and recipe cards for the client's menu item of choice.
