It all started in Grandma's kitchen

As a young boy in the Bronx, Dominick's passion for cooking was sparked while cooking in his Grandma's kitchen.  After proudly serving in the United States Coast Guard where he was part of the World Trade Center response team, Dominick used his GI Bill to attend culinary school in South Florida.

Dominick continued his culinary journey with the mentorship of talented Chefs skilled in diverse world cuisines specializing in dishes such as North and Latin American, Cuban, Caribbean, Italian, and many others. Dominick's passion for creativity and flavor served him in learning the skilled technique of Sous Vide and Molecular Gastronomy. Dominick was the Owner/chef in a private community and the Executive Chef at Jazziz in Boca Raton. He also created menus and managed kitchens in high volume restaurants in the West Palm area until he established his own catering and event company, Broken Dish Events.

Today, Broken Dish caters private events and is a preferred vendor for venues such as Ever After Farms where Dom and Broken Dish staff have the privilege of serving clients during some of life's most memorable occasions. Broken Dish Events continues in the commitment to redefining food and event production to offer exquisite food, expert coordination, and gracious service to valued clients.
